We've got a unique event for the singles of the city. As part of Feed Sydney, a campaign to raise money to help collect, store and distribute food to people in Sydney and NSW who are doing it tough, m.a.d.woman and OzHarvest are hosting a special Single Volunteers Cooking for a Cause event on Monday 28 June.

The event is being held at Paddington Town Hall with the generous support of Forte Catering. There will be places available for heterosexual singles aged 18- 24, 25 - 45, heterosexual singles aged over 45 and homosexual singles (men and women).

Last year m.a.d.woman held a highly successful event to support Feed Melbourne - 220 singles cooked 7000 meals and prepared another tonne of vegetables – 106 couples matched! This year, they would love to make our first Feed Sydney event a success!

As with our other Cooking for a Cause events participants don't need to be a masterchef - it's a night of chopping and chatting and mixing and mingling. To protect privacy we'll only pass on details if two singles mutually tick.

We'll provide aprons and caps on the night. Tickets, which are strictly limited and must be pre-purchased, are $70 with proceeds going to support the campaign. Please note - tickets must be paid for at the time of booking (through PayPal – it also takes credit card) or the booking will automatically delete.
